Hopkins & Hopkins

We are a brewery based in Smithfield in Dublin. Owned and operated by two brothers. Experienced brewers, we originally trained and worked in breweries in New York and Chicago, we have been involved in the brewing trade in Ireland for 20+ years. In 2021 we installed a new brewery at Bow St. and commenced brewing at the site in early 2022. We produce premium quality lager, ales and stouts, using traditional methods. Hopburgh Helles and Schwarzbier are bottled on site.
