Bake 88

My passion is to make good bread that's good for you. My name is Charlotte and I run Bake 88, a microbakery in the heart of Epsom, Surrey. I offer sourdough bagels and real bread delivered weekly with a sweet treat for the weekend. All my products are made from organic flours direct from the mill and free from additives or preservatives. I also teach small classes of hands-on bread making.
