Agosti Gelato is a family run, small batch, artisan gelato and sorbet manufacturer, based in Cookham, Berkshire. Heather studied at Carpigiani's Gelato University and we use local, seasonal ingredients, wherever possible, including our milk and cream from a small local herd of Guernsey cows; fruit and flowers from the family garden and ingredients from other small local food producers. Our aim is to create deliciously unique gelati and sorbetti, "Inspired by Italy - Created in Cookham"!
