Mad Mike's Chilli Jam

Mad Mike’s was born out of our love for Chillies, we grow our own and were left with lots of fruit at the end of a season some years ago, at that time we couldn’t find a Chilli jam that suited our taste so ended up making our own! This recipe has been in development for over 10 years and is now at the point where we want to share with everyone else. Our aim is to deliver flavour in bucket loads because taste always comes first! All our jams are made in small batches to ensure quality.
