Karobi's was set up by Karobi in 2022 to meet a growing market of customers wanting a healthy stable cooking fat .Karobi uses organic grass fed butter to produce a delicious rich tasting ghee with a high smoke point, suitable for all high temp cooking without developing trans fats. As well as plain ghee ,Karobi produces several flavoured ghee's made with whole organic spices, which are then removed for easy high temperature cooking without burnt spices , or can be used straight from the jar.
