KozieŁawy is a family farm located in Poland. We breed dairy goats and process unpasteurised goat and cow’s milk. Our farming history began in 2011 with the purchase of our first two goats Rosa and Lusi. We already got a very prestigious award, won in a national cheese-making competition. In 2022,we were awarded first place for "RUDY" cheese-of our own making in the category of soft maturing cheeses, where the jury included: Debora de Carvalho Pereira Sperat Czar and Arnaud Sperat Czar.
