Cheese Bothy

Small artisan cheese producer. I’ve been making cheese for over 6 years now. I studied at the school of artisan food at Welbeck estate. I’m passionate about producing good quality hand crafted cheese. I use milk from a small dairy heard of mixed breads which gives me exceptional quality milk. Looking to expand the business next year by moving premises to the dairy farm where I get the milk. I won Micro producer of the year at the artisan cheese awards 2022 also won gold for 2 category’s.
