Foxhill Preserves

Foxhill Preserves is a small, local business run by Marie Lewis and Rose Thorn, based in Ceredigion. We produce a wide variety of preserves: chutney, chilli jam, jam, jelly, marmalade, salsa and cordials. Our Ethos - preserves made locally, supplied locally and source locally where possible, keeping food miles low. Made using traditional small batch methods. Keep it Green - we use renewable solar electricity in the production process and reuse 28% of our jars.
