Chilli Chan's was born in 2021 lockdown. Eyan was missing the punch and crunch of her mum’s chilli sauce and couldn't see her family and eat home-cooked food for nearly 3 years, so she decided to make her version of chilli sauces and noodles with a modern twist. When she shared it with friends, they encouraged her to share it with everyone.
