I started Amoul's after I sold the lease for my restaurant Amoul's Hideaway in 2018. I wanted to produce a goats cheese I grew up on in the south of Lebanon, which we call Labneh. So after a few years of researching the market. I found a farm in Wiltshire and started producing the goats Labneh balls preserved in olive oil. So far I have been selling it online through my website.
