Caseificio Allegro, founded in 1933, is located in Castelnovo di Sotto, in the heart of the Parmigiano Reggiano production area, and is closely linked to the finest rural tradition. Today it is managed by a group of young people, combining respect for the past with enthusiasm and passion to produce a Parmigiano Reggiano of outstanding quality. The milk collected for Caseificio Allegro comes exclusively from local farms, scrupulously controlled and guaranteed.
