Brook Farm Bakery is a small batch sourdough bakery based in the village of Brockweir in the heart of the beautiful Wye Valley. We make our bread by hand using local and organic ingredients wherever possible. (Currently baking out of Monmouth as we rebuild Brook Farm - returning Autumn 2024)
