Charlie's pies and pate

I am a producer of pies and pate to all local food and makers markets. A chef of 35 years in East Lothian and branched out in lock down to making my pate which is well know and well received in all market which I do with the help of my wife in the hope either go with a food truck or shop to forward the Buisness my chicken liver pate is a smooth pate and can be sampled at all markets were I have yet to have negative feedback
