Richmond Boza

Boza is a fermented smoothie made with corn and sugar. It is probiotic, vegan, gluten/dairy & alcohol free. For those raised in Istanbul and other big Turkish and Balkan cities, it reminds the shout of the boza-man on the street, and the feeling of being home and safe on a cold winter day. We produce boza locally in Richmond and sell via our online shop to consumers across the UK, it is also available in some vegan shops and Turkish supermarkets.
