Àirigh Goats

Àirigh Goats is a micro-dairy based in Lochaber in the Highlands, run by Katie. Using milk from her herd of just 8 milking goats, she makes small batches of cheese seasonally from April to November. The goats are raised as naturally as possible, grazing outdoors through the summer and autumn and supplemented with home grown tree-hay in the winter months. The dairy is run as a kid-at-foot dairy.
