Our cafes and bakery are our classrooms, and our trainees are at the heart of everything we do. Trainees learn through work experience every aspect of the job, enabling them to progress on completion of the training programme, to being more confident, independent adults. 70,000 customers each year visit us because of the quality of our products. It just ‘so happens’ that they may leave with a different perception of ‘disability’ too.
