QUESOS ABORIGEN - JENNIFER SANTOS CABRERA

I was born in Tenerife, 38 years ago. I spent my summers in La Gomera, where my grandparents, farmers, introduced me in the sector. I studied hydraulic engineering and worked in Southeast Asia. I returned to my island and started this project seven years ago. An agroecologic goat farm located 930m high in the protected area of Siete Lomas. I currently have 103 goats of ancestral Canarian races which are fed, mainly, with endemic cytisus proliferus and pinus canariensis. Traditional Craft made.
