Founder Joanna Lewars initially set to work to study fermentation, attend workshops and develop a delicious organic sauerkraut that she could enjoy several times a week to work towards long term gut issues. After all was healed, Joanna set up a market stall to share her gut-healing knowledge and her 'Ruby Kraut'. Fast forward 'The Artisan Forest Kitchen' is a respected growing circular business, collecting all returned glass-wear from her current 15 stockists across East/West Sussex/Surrey.
