We are a family run business built up by a mumtrepreneur living in England with a passion for food from Taiwan. Our goal is to let everyone enjoy the adventure of Taiwanese food. Petal noodle is one of the most common foods in Taiwan. The unique petal-like wavy edges of the noodles help catch the sauces or absorb the soup better. At the same time the thickness avoids becoming mushy after being cooked or soaking in liquid too long time.
