Cheese no Monogatari

In Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which has a long history of building the foundation of dairy farming in Japan, we carefully and painstakingly make natural cheese using fresh raw milk from neighboring dairy farms. The deep taste is created by the local climate with local ingredients. We deliver “irreplaceable things and things” together with the people, animals, and nature connected to this land.
