Our Cheese factory in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland has gained his notoriety with the Mont Vully Cheese, of which we are the sole producer. We transform just under 2 million liters of milk in Cheese, half of the quantity in organic.The family business has 6 coworkers (us included).
