Lever & Bloom Coffee Ltd

Lever & Bloom Coffee was founded in 2014 by a husband & wife tram Mounir & Elena as a specialty coffee kiosk. We started baking our buns in our kitchen in 2018 and last year moved into a bigger premises (coffee shop and open plan bakery). We make our buns fresh daily using the finest ingredients (Marriages flour, finest cheeses, real Ceylon cinnamon, best nuts, Callebaut Belgian chocolate, etc). We bake cinnamon, cardamom buns, vanilla buns, cheesecake buns (all recipes developed by Elena).
