ACRE Bakery is the vision of husband and wife team, Emily and Alexander Aitchison and is based in at Monewden Hall farm in Suffolk. The farm grows wheat regeneratively for Wildfarmed and at the heart of the farm is a micro-bakery. ACRE Bakery specialises in baking small-batch sourdough bread and seasonal sweet treats. All bread is baked in a handcrafted wood-fired oven. The purpose of the bakery is to serve our local community with delicious, nutritious, bread.
