In the Gaeltacht village of Clonbur, west of Ireland, Joyce Country Bakery / Bácús Dhúiche Sheoigheach is an award-winning artisan bakery. Founded in 2020 during COVID, we began in a commercial kitchen, delivering online, before opening our shop in 2021. Sustainability is key: we source locally, use regeneratively farmed flour, and embrace slow baking. Female-owned, we blend tradition with innovation, offering unique bakes while fostering community and a vibrant food culture.
