Fil, short for 'filfil' (Arabic for 'pepper'), aims to spread Shatta worldwide! Created by three Palestinian co-founders - two brothers and a friend - Fil celebrates Palestine’s rich culture through food. Shatta, a traditional chilli condiment from Gaza, is a staple on most Palestinian tables. Unable to find fresh, high-quality Shatta in Europe, the founders crafted their own.
