Jollys of Orkney

Jolly’s of Orkney is an established fresh produce manufacturer, specialising in seafood products, with a long history of serving Orkney for over 70 years. The business includes our fishmongers and traditional smokehouse, delicatessen and growing mail order business. Our smokehouse produces traditionally-smoked hot and cold smoked salmon, alongside haddock, mackerel, kippers and scallops. Our specialty smoked salmon is sliced by hand to produce a truly exquisite product we are truly proud of.
