Our family bakery business started over thirty years ago, and was not only the first to introduce tortilla wraps to the UK, but also to market folded flatbreads! We began in London making pitta and naan breads and worked our way up to where we are today, with our own Deli Kitchen team of ‘breadgineers’, all relentless in their quest to make sandwiches less boring.
