Hot Boss celebrates the taste and culture of South Indian spices. Rooted in family recipes passed down through generations, we produce three South Indian Sauces and an extra spiced smooth dark Rum that complements the spices in our sauces. My mother’s recipe showcases her unique garamasala blend, giving it a distinctive flavour from a region that’s yet to be explored. It can be used as a condiment, cooking sauce and marinade to help elevate the simplest of dishes. It's a new era of new flavours.
