Ashdown Forest Honey is a small, family-run apiary producing pure, raw, and unpasteurised honey. Our bees forage freely on the wildflowers and heather of the world-renowned Ashdown Forest, a pristine and protected natural environment. We use sustainable husbandry methods and ensure that our bees live as natural a life as possible with minimal intervention, resulting in a honey of exceptional quality and flavour.
