The Wartmann Holzhof KLG is a traditional family-run cheese dairy located in Amlikon-Bissegg (TG), Switzerland, producing Tilsiter since 1893. Since January 2025, the business has been managed by Florian and Otto Michael Wartmann in the sixth generation. Around 6,000 litres of silo-free raw milk are processed daily into Holzhofer, Tilsiter and other specialty cheeses.
