The last commercial cheese dairies in the canton of Zurich lie scattered like pearls in the grassy and hilly landscape of the Zurich Oberland. Cheese has been produced here in Wildberg for more than 100 years. Our dairy farmers, organized in the Wildberg and Surrounding Area Dairy Cooperative, own and operate the new, modern cheese dairy with an attached wood chip system and heat network.
