Le Maréchal SA is a family-run Swiss cheese dairy founded in 1985 in Vaud. It produces a hard cheese made from raw cow’s milk, hand-rubbed with organic herbs and aged for 120 days. The cheese is rich, aromatic, and high in omega-3 thanks to a flax-enriched cow diet. Available in several varieties, including a raclette made with thermised milk, Le Maréchal is exported worldwide and known for its bold, natural taste.
