The Salty Goat is a farmstead creamery in Southern Oregon making small-batch cheeses with milk from our nubian goats. Our primary focus is on animal welfare whilst specializing in fresh chèvre, feta-style cheeses, and bloomy rinds, with goat butter and aged cheese varieties coming soon.
