Founded in 1965, Grafton Village Cheese Company produces handcrafted cheeses with premium unpasteurized hormone-free milk from local farms. Our original aged cheddars are aged for up to 3 years and include a selection of infused cheddars. Our small batch Cave Aged cheeses are made using cow, sheep and mixed milk and are aged in our caves in Grafton, Vermont.
