Founded by Margaret Peters Morris on the Peters’ family farm ancestral lands, Glengarry Fine Cheese has a rich history. Starting in the early 1990s, Margaret began making cheese from the farm milk and developed recipes that are now the base of the varieties produced in the plant to date. Each batch at Glengarry Fine Cheese is made with passion for cheese quality.
