Alp Ahorni is a small family business nestled in the heart of the Bernese Alps. Each summer, pure mountain air, lush alpine pastures and the rich milk of our beloved cows are blended together to craft authentic AOP Bernese Alpine cheese. Every cheese wheel is then carefully aged and lovingly tended to, for up to two years, until the subtle notes of alpine herbs reach their peak - resulting in a remarkable cheese that embodies both tradition and excellence.
