Lowfields Farm Dairy

Lowfields is a small, family farm on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park. Our aim is to produce traditional farmhouse cheese whilst increasing biodiversity, creating habitats for wildlife and improving soil health. We make our cheese daily in our on-farm dairy using raw milk, traditional bulk starters and natural rennet. We follow an original 1930s Lancashire recipe, combining curd from multiple milkings for a rich, complex flavour.
