Hagarnas mejeri make artisan cheese from organic cow's milk. I make around ten different types of cheese and sell mainly directly to better restaurants and fine dining. Together with a few farmers I also run a cooperative farm shop. It’s a very small dairy operated by only me and it’s in my home. /Linda the cheese maker
