Ledders Sauce Company is a small artisan sauce producer based in Shropshire. We manufacture ultra high quality chilli sauces, focussing on flavour rather than making just a 'hot sauce'. For example, our signature sauce, Ledders Extreme Scotch Bonnet Sauce is made with 80% of Scotch Bonnets. So you really get to enjoy the full flavour of that fruit, without being heavily diluted with vinegar and/or water. We then add some honey and fresh garlic for a little sweetness.
