Proudly smoking Scottish salmon, trout and kippers on the West Coast of Scotland since 1888. Continuing traditions today, we use the same curing and smoking process in our original kiln, built over 100 years ago. Head smoker Alister, hand cures, smokes and slices our fish to perfection.
