What began as a small kitchen experiment quickly became a passion. Today, we produce small batches of 150 bottles. The aim is to bring out the natural flavor of each chili variety used. Always fresh, always uncompromising with ingredients that supports the natural chili flavor. We want to demonstrate that chili does not have to be loud and exaggerated, but rather refined, balanced, and exceptionally good. Brandstifter sauces are naturally fiery and naturally handmade.
