Ciao, we are brothers Henry and Cesco Amodio and in 2020, we set out to produce the freshest, most sustainable, and highest quality Italian cheeses in the UK, mozzarella / burrata / stracciatella / ricotta. After months of visiting and consulting with fantastic mozzarella productions in Italy, we sought to find a dairy to partner with in the heartland of UK dairy farming: Somerset.
