Knepp Wild Range is the sustainable butchery of Knepp Wildland in West Sussex, internationally known for pioneering rewilding in the UK. Our meat comes from free-roaming animals raised within this recovering landscape, alongside a small number of trusted regenerative partner farms. Alongside fresh cuts, we produce handmade small-batch charcuterie. Every product reflects our belief that good food should put animal welfare first, restore nature, boost biodiversity and taste extraordinary.
