Ballyminstragh Dexters

I am a Dexter farmer in Northern Ireland. We graze mostly on lands owned by the National Trust in Northern Ireland using a system of conversation grazing on marginal pastures and lands of Special Scientific Intererst. These areas contain a multitude of grasses and flowers and are regarded by the Trust as being some of the most delicate lands they own. I also have entered into a field to fork initiative with the National Trust and supply their canteens with meat for sale to the General public.
