Based in East Lothian, Scotland, we have developed and refined recipes over the last 50 years. Using traditional methods, superior grade salmon and trout cured by hand, we slowly smoke over oak shavings developing a rich and sumptuous flavour. We also smoke haddock, mackerel, cheese and, butter. Our deli shop is stocked with our unique smoked products, alongside a range of food products that truly reflect the amazing producers and craftspeople from Scotland and beyond.
