Ross's of Edinburgh were established in 1880 by James Ross who made Edinburgh Rock, tablet and other sweets in his back shop for sale direct to the public. Since then the range of sweets manufactured at our premises in Edinburgh, Scotland, has increased and developed to include fudge, vegan and sugar free. Our traditional sweets are loved across the world and recognised for the flavours, texture and quality.
