Brinkworth Dairy is a family-run, regenerative dairy farm in Wiltshire, producing traditional British cheeses and cultured dairy from our closed Friesian herd. We combine time-honoured cheesemaking with sustainable farming, prioritising animal welfare, soil health and flavour. Our cheeses reflect the land they come from and a commitment to craftsmanship, provenance and education.
