1930 Dominick Kelly opened a modest butcher’s shop in Newport, Co. Mayo. Over nearly a century it has flourished and expanded to becoming a household name to lovers of black and white puddings and sausages nationwide. Today it encompasses a butcher’s shop, a thriving café next door and a state-of-the-art manufacturing and production area nearby. We have our own abattoir with an EU licence and are true artisan butchers dealing with every aspect of butchering.
