Fusco Foods ltd is a family owned and run cake and dessert maker. We specialise in meringue based products; specifically roulades and pavlova stacks which are hand rolled and hand finished. We take pride in developing new and interesting options for our customers drawing on popular flavours and tastes. We make all sauces, compoted, curds from scratch.
