Queserias del Tietar S.L

At Queserías del Tiétar we have been making goat cheeses for 37 years. We are located in the heart of the Tiétar Valley. We would like to make special mention of our "Monte Enebro" cheese, which is the most famous and appreciated by the most demanding palates. It is present in the best establishments and restaurants. Its creator was Rafael Báez who began his cheesemaking career after retiring. We will always have to thank him for his tenacity and enthusiasm for the world of cheese.
